Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, tools, and services operated by TCoops.

By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Operator

The Services are operated by TCoops ("we", "us", "our").

2. Early Access / Beta

Some Services may be offered as beta or early access.

When a Service is in beta, you acknowledge:

⚠ Features may change without notice
⚠ The Service may be unstable or unavailable
⚠ Data may be reset during development
⚠ Access may be revoked at any time

18+

or age of majority

4. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you agree to:

✓ Provide accurate information
✓ Keep credentials confidential
✓ Report unauthorized access
✓ Take responsibility for activity

5. Acceptable Use

You must NOT:

✗ Facilitate phishing, scams, malware, or fraud
✗ Harass, abuse, or harm others
✗ Access systems without authorization
✗ Reverse engineer or overload Services
✗ Violate applicable laws

6. User Content

You are responsible for content you create, upload, or configure. You represent that:

→ You have rights to the content
→ Content doesn't infringe third-party rights
→ Content is lawful and doesn't harm users

7. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase paid features:

• Payments processed by Stripe or Square
• Subscriptions may renew automatically
• Pricing may change with notice

8. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Services, including design, code, branding, and content we create (except user-provided content).

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers (authentication, analytics, payments, hosting). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

Services provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Not liable for loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Total liability limited to amount paid in prior 12 months, or $50 CAD

12. Termination

You may stop using Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk to users or Services
• Required by law or third-party providers
• For operational or development reasons

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Alberta, Canada.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
